1. Click the MyLinkTool Manager icon to navigate to MyLinkTool Manager home page.
2. The area between the icon and the drop down is the drag and drop area. By left clicking and holding the mouse button you can drag/drop the MyLinkTool Manager around the desktop. Optional Hot Keys are available to change MyLinkTool Manager positions on the desktop. When the MyLinkTool Manager toolbar DropDownList has focus, the following hot keys can be used to position the MyLinkTool Manager on the desktop: Shift+F9 to move up, Shift+F10 to move down, Shift+F11 to move right, Shift+F12 to move left. 3. The link bar allows users to select links from the DropDownList.
4. After selecting a link discription from the DropDownList (item 3) then click the CommandButton (item 4) to navigate to that link address.
5. The EditLinkRecord button allows user to edit stored LinkRecords descriptions, user names, passwords, other/pins, hyper links, and text notes.
6. The NewLinkRecord button allows user to add new LinkRecords descriptions, user names, passwords, other/pins, hyper links, and text notes.
7. The PrintMenu button allows users to print/view all stored LinkRecords.
8. The HelpMenu button allows users to view MyLinkTool Manager help, about, and configuration information. User can also create "strong" passswords from the HelpMenu.
9. Minimize the MyLinkTool Manager tool.
10. Close the MyLinkTool Manager tool.
